I love the beauty that flows out of the hard in your words. It is what keeps me coming back here every week and keeps me turning pages in “The Matter of Little Losses”. After another night spent lying awake with my mind spinning, jumping from one worry to the next, I will use this as a reminder to set up my day differently, to slow the pace down. To turn off the tv that allows moments of needed dissociation and instead try to fill my soul with the site of my horses grazing in their pastures, our resident blue heron swooping over the pond, the feel of breeze of cooler fall days. I need to slow down!

Beautiful… thank you for your thoughtful provoking words that usher us to explore who and where we are. And then … to embrace ourselves:)

My dear friend. Rest. Pause a while. Fall back into the unending and unchanging love of the father.

May we learn to breathe again

Breathing, moving slowly, and beaming at the thought of hugging you so soon <333

I am holding the holy moments of grace, choosing to write just one sentence each morning as I sit in the stillness… a gift of focus and freedom.

Fall comes in the cool of the night, dropping the thick canopy curtain, welcoming the light of distant stars to peak through the unveiled tree framed windows of nature’s home.   9/5/24

Longing - Tender words pulled up off a page touch the edge of an interior abyss, cradling distant memories formed long before breath gave me life, opening a sacred space where hope ignites ideas and possibilities, giving expression to something more lovely and loving than I can fully imagine, but know exists.  9/6/24

Thank you, Rachel, for creating a community where we can face into our days with hope. Blessings!
